Islamabad, Pakistan – Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi successfully organized the Property Expo 2024 in Phase II. The event witnessed a large participation of investors, with former world squash champion Jahangir Khan making a special appearance.
Executive Director Joint Venture DHA, Brigadier (R) Nazir Hussain Khan, briefed the audience on DHA’s existing and new projects, including the unveiling of DHA Gandhara. He stated that DHA has introduced a new standard of living in Pakistan, offering world-class amenities. Investors have vast opportunities in residential, apartment, and commercial sectors.
The occasion also marked the unveiling of DHA Gandhara project, spanning 26,000 kanals at Chakri. Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) were signed between DHA and partners, including educational institutions, theme park developers, and other service providers.

2. AM 99 Group for a multi-purpose commercial project
3. Centaurus administration for theme park development
4. Premier Choice for Premier Villas construction
DHA set up dedicated stalls for various projects, ensuring investors’ convenience. Administrator DHA, Brigadier (R) Najaf Abbas, expressed gratitude to participants for their keen interest in the expo.
