Many of the JAZZ network users reported receiving calls from JAZZ office mobile phone loss/theft insurance department and without users’ consent, officials activated insurance; resulted a daily charge of Rs. 9/- from users’ billing.
The tricky staff of the relevant department in JAZZ when tried to convince the users to get insurance of their mobile phones, however even after refusal by the users, the officials only recorded their wording of saying “Okay” and activated the insurance service.
JAZZ users, after daily charge of insurance amount, tried to remove the forced insurance had to face more disappointment when they received the message of installing the app after that only the insurance could be removed.
